Shusha
Shusha is at an altitude of 1,300-1,600 meters above sea level. Shusha, has always been in the center of attention and interest with its centuries-old historical heritage, nature, fresh air and rich nature.
Before the occupation by Armenia, the Khari-Bulbul flower, which does not grow anywhere in the world, Turshsu summer pastures, Isa spring, the legendary “Jidir Duzu”, were the main reasons for the local community and visitors to love it. This ancient city is not only cultural heartland of Azerbaijan but considered as one of the cultural centers of the East, distinguished by its national architectural style. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Shusha was known as the musical center of the Caucasus. Shusha was called “Little Paris”, “Temple of Art of the Caucasus”, “Cradle of Azerbaijani Music” and “Conservatory of Transcaucasia”.
